Common questions
Does my data expire?
No. Bandwidth you buy stays on your account until you use it. There is no monthly reset, no subscription and no expiry date.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Request a free trial from the support window and tell us what you are working on. We add a small amount of residential data to your account, once per customer.
Can I top up an existing plan?
Yes. Buying more GB adds to your existing residential balance and you keep the same proxy credentials. Volume pricing applies per order, so one larger order costs less per GB than several small ones.
What happens when I reach 0 GB?
Requests through your proxies stop until you add more data. Your credentials and settings are kept, so a top-up brings everything back instantly with nothing to reconfigure.
What is the difference between rotating, sticky and hard sessions?
Rotating gives you a new IP on every request. A sticky session keeps one IP for the lifetime you choose, up to 24 hours. A hard session holds one IP for as long as it stays online, with no timer.
Can I target a city, region or ISP?
Yes. Pick a country in the generator and the city, region and ISP lists narrow to it. The choice is written into the proxy password, so nothing changes on your side beyond the string you paste.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are final once data is credited, because bandwidth never expires and stays on your account. If an order was not credited or something is wrong, open a ticket and we will put it right.
Do I get an invoice, and is VAT charged?
An invoice is issued for every order and sent to your account email. Prices are shown excluding VAT. Where VAT applies it is added at checkout based on your billing country.
How is my data handled?
We keep what the service needs: your email, username, orders, support conversations and sign-in sessions. Card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers. The privacy policy has the full picture.
